CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, no cancellation fee and full refund. Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY

Guest name changes on the reservation must be made 18 days in advance of check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation.

Refund Policy

Bookings booked within 18 days of checkin are non refundable.

LOCAL CHARGES (MOST RESORTS)

• $150.00 - $200.00 Security Deposit will be paid on arrival and be refunded on departure.
• $100.00 Fee if you require additional cleaning during your stay. (End of stay cleaning included)
• Parking Fee most resorts have free parking.
• Resort Fee most resorts do not charge this fee.
• Nightly Local Taxes most resorts do not have this fee.
